PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cable holder which improves productivity of a device by cutting a time required for assembly of a device, wherein a cable is used and miniaturizes a device where a cable is used without limiting mounting of a part in a periphery of a cable holder. SOLUTION: A cable holder 1 for holding a cable on an attaching board 5 has a cable holding part 2, which is formed substantially frame-like and enables a cable C to be inserted inside, a projection 3 which is provided to a bottom part 2a of the cable holding art 2 and can be put in a fitting hole shaped in the attaching board 5 and a fitting hole 2e which is shaped in a place except the bottom part 2a of the cable-holding part 2 and makes the projection 3 insertable. It is proper to have a rotation preventing part 4, which projects in a substantially the same direction as the projection 3 at both sides of the projection 3 with the projection 3 between in a bottom part 2a of the cable holding part 2 and to have a second fitting hole 2f which fits to the rotation preventing part 4 at both sides of the fitting hole 2e shaped in a part, except for the bottom part 2a of the cable holding part 2 with the fitting hole 2e sandwiched in between.
