PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform power-saving process without wasting operation times. SOLUTION: In a step S6, variables on a DRAM and a stack area used when a process performed in the cell refreshing process of a RAM started in a step S8 is performed, or when a process responding to a command from an input part carrying out processing is performed are fed to a cache memory. In a step S14, a piece of processing corresponding to a command inputted in a step S12 is performed by using the variables and stack area stored in the cache memory in the step S6.
