A cool-water dispersible powder formulations comprising high molecular weight hydroxypropyl methylcellulose that has been milled to a specified particle size for dispersion into consumable liquids or for formulation as dry-mix powders, sauces, instant set puddings and baked goods for human consumption. The formulations are used for reduction of serum cholesterol levels. |
