PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal mold for producing an anisotropically conductive sheet capable of assembling conductive ferromagnetic particles in high density and uniform. SOLUTION: This metal mold 84 comprises an upper mold 86 and a lower mold 88. A plurality of metal die magnetic pole sections 78 is formed on the upper and lower molds 86, 88. The metal die magnetic pole sections 78 comprise main body parts 74 and tip parts 80. The diameters of the tip parts 80 are smaller than that of the main body parts 74. Thereby, the metal die magnetic pole sections 78 have steps at the tip parts 80.
