PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make training attendants possible to take a training course on operation with a feeling as if they were operating an actual plant without a sense of incongruity by converting an experienced training time and a scheduled time so that they correspond to the time set as an initial simulation time. SOLUTION: Plant conditions required to start training are prepared as simulation data 1 beforehand, and stored in an initial value file 2 via an initial value storage S/W 4 from an instructor console 9. And, when the training is started, the plant conditions in the initial value file 2 are set as the plant data 1 from the instructor console 9 via an initial value setting S/W 3. Then, a time management S/W 10 receives the timing for setting the initial value from the initial value setting S/W 3, and converts a experienced training time and a scheduled time in the plant conditions in the initial value file 2 into an experienced operation time and a scheduled time in accordance with present simulation time in the simulation time file 5.
