The lever unit is pivotally mounted via pivot (61) to a support (60), with a bowden cable (70) enabling operation of the brakes mounted to the wheels of the vehicle. The detent is pulled in the direction of the a continuos arrow with detent pawl (20) sliding with tip over a fixed surface with blocking teeth (25). The blocking teeth and detent pawl are counter clockwise biased in direction by tension transmitted by a rod (30).
