PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a setting method in which the origin of a sensor output is set while a feedback loop is being used. SOLUTION: At an origin setting timing, a sensor signal Es0 which is outputted from a sensor amplifier 14 is stored in a storage means 16. A signal Em which is stored in the storage means 16 is read out so as to be applied to an adder 15 and an adder 14. Then, the signal Em is subtracted from the output of the sensor amplifier 14 by the adder 15. Consequently, a sensor output in which zero is set is obtained, and it is inputted to an adder 12. In addition, the signal Em is added to the output of a function generator 10 by the adder 11, and an added input signal Ei2 is inputted to the adder 12. As a result, it is possible to prevent that a deviation signal Er which is outputted from the adder 12 before and after the zero is set is changed.
