Pharmaceutically acceptable salts of 2-methyl-3-butenyl-1-pyrophosphoric acid; agents for treating lymphocytes containing at least one member selected from among 2-methyl-3-butenyl-1-pyrophosphoric acid, pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof and/or hydrates of the same; V gamma 2V delta 2 T cells treated by these agents; and drugs containing the same. These substances can specifically stimulate and proliferate V gamma 2V delta 2 T cells and, at the same time, induce and enhance the antitumor effect thereof.
