<p>The invention concerns a method useful for detecting and/or identifying in a bank of peptides, pseudopeptides and non-peptide compounds, a biological extract or a purified fraction of a tissue extract, a ligand of a receptor of interest capable of being subjected to internalization induced by immobilising said ligand. The invention is characterised in that it comprises at least steps which consist in: expressing at the surface of a cell said receptor in a marked form; bringing in contact said cell and said bank in conditions suitable for cell internalization of said ligand-receptor complex; and displaying said internalization via the detection of the marker associated with said receptor.</p> |
