Housing 1 is provided with aluminum contact plates 3 and 4. Plate 3 and bottom of housing 1 have central holes which are used for delivery and discharge of liquid through clearance formed by inner lateral surface of housing 1 and plate 4. Plate 3 has two radial slots 6 located opposite each other; posistors 5 made in form of rectangular plates are received by these slots. Between posistors 5 and surfaces of plates 3 and 4 passages are formed for flow of liquid; these passages are communicated with liquid delivery and discharge units.
