sports equipment. SUBSTANCE: exerciser has carcass, which may be positioned on user's shoulders, and guiding member fixed on carcass. Carcass is formed as construction composed of two arced members with straight ends, which are connected one with the other. Guiding member is mounted in plane extending through pair of straight ends of arced members disposed at side adjoining user's back, and is made from one or two bars with cross-piece positioned at their upper parts. Bar and cross-piece of guiding member are made telescopic for changing their length and are connected to arced member ends and one to the other on pivot hinge which may be fixed. Arced members are provided with chest belt or waist strap. Exerciser is further provided with electric sound signal emitting device. One contact of this device is mounted on guiding member cross-piece at side adjacent to user's face, and other contact is made in the form of cuff which may be put on user's wrist. Exerciser of such construction allows correct position of user's hands for side throwing of basket ball to be worked out by self-control through fixation of trained and motor reflexes.
