The device is made of metal or any other suitable material and has two elements, a base and other different accessory parts. The device has two plates, one which is round (1) and the other being of octagonal form (shown in figure 12). The base elements combine with the accessory parts to make the mounting and guiding device with the aid of screws (2) and nuts (2') and bolts (5). The accessories may be an intermediate part or profile (3), a guide, an equilateral triangle part, a support and sleeves.
