The concealed hinge for a building door has fastenings (11,12) at the ends of the hinge yoke opposite the pivot axis (5.2) to allow the hinge yoke to be adjustably retained with respect to the door frame (2). The fastenings can define a dovetail guide (9). The end of the hinge yoke can form a dove tail shaped guide tongue.
