Liquid household garbage and industrial waste delivered to gas-lift unit with liquid melt are subjected to gas-lift treatment in charging chamber. They are delivered to downcast flooded melt flow at adjusting rate. Outgoing gases of charging and gas-lift chambers are removed separately over independent routes. The method makes it possible to reduce volume of gases being decontaminated and to increase degree of utilization of hat heat, return condensate and solid residue.
