It is used in capacity of oil field equipment in completion of oil wells and in increasing productivity of producing horizons in processes of oil recovery. The device body accommodates flow-through chamber with outlet nozzle. Installed in flow-through chamber in a spaced relation to side wall is central body. Vortex channels are made in central body and connected with nozzle through additional slot-like ring-shaped chamber and through gap between central body and wall of flow-through chamber. Vortex channels are connected with pressure main line by channel. Connected to pressure main line is additional main line through flow rate limiter and gap between central body and wall. Flow rate limiter is made in the form of narrow channel communicating the pressure main line with additional main line.
