<p>A method for managing position information on mobile terminals in a mobile telephone exchange network (10), comprising a subscriber accommodation station (12) accommodating mobile terminals (15) through a base station (13) and a service control station (11) provided at a level higher than the subscriber accommodation station and adapted for managing the current positions of all the mobile terminals, wherein in response to a request made by a mobile terminal, the position information on the mobile terminal in the service control station is fixed, and the subscriber accommodation station under which the mobile station is present cancels the position registration of the mobile terminal in the service control station.</p> |
