Novelty of the device consists in that it has relieving metal girders installed along load-carrying walls and connected with them by means of through bolts and anchor rods, and lacks located between frame and relieving girder. Application of the device results in reduced labor input and higher efficiency in foundation reinforcement due to provision of regulated compression of base ground.
