The arrangement has coupling (2) directly or indirectly associated with the shaft (1) that blocks in at least one rotation direction when engaged. The coupling can be a frictional coupling or a shape-locking one, esp. a claw coupling. A drive, esp. an electric motor or actuator, continuously engages the shaft via a gearbox and the coupling is arranged on the gearbox output on the motor side and/or on the drive.
