Frame generation method for graphical objects defined by Bezier curves

The method involves the cubic Bezier curve used in graphical objects being defined by a frame that is approximately parallel to the curve. This has a series of control points (PO-P3). Other control points (Q0-Q3) are defined on the frame. A center point (PM) is constructed on the Bezier curve based upon lines between the control points.
