SUBSTANCE: enhanced protection of average-voltage cables fitted with coat against arc discharge is achieved by connection of each wire 3 to conductors 4 of arc with the aid of clamps 5 equipped with teeth penetrating insulation of wire. Second group of conductors 6 of arc is connected to cross-piece 2 by means of bracket made from strip iron or similar material and holding element 7. Arc discharger is formed as result between conductors 4 and 6 of arc. So arc discharges initiated by overvoltage do not result in damage of wire.
