The appliance has a stator, a rotor, and drive and/or cleaning nozzles (25). The rotor consists of at least two parts, e.g. a fixed part (13) and a replaceable part (14), which contains the nozzles. The replaceable part is a cylindrical jacket and is sealed relative to the fixed part via sealing rings (35) held in grooves. The nozzles have journals, which project into the pressurized water distribution groove (24) and thereby position the replaceable part on the fixed part. The stator has a protective jacket (40) of a plastic with good sliding properties.
