The gondola assembly (13) is mounted to a telescopic arms (11,12) such that the gondola can be correctly positioned. The gondola is mounted to the edge of a pit/trough entrance where the rear of a trailer (1) overhangs. Manipulating arm assemblies (6,7,8,9) enable the rear doors of the trailer to be opened.
