PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely use an asthenopia recovering apparatus by simple operation, and to recover asthenopia by superposing and sewing polyvinyl chloride fiber cloth pieces by sealing a rock fine grains of chart quality between these cloth pieces, and sewing up and forming an extensible/contractibe band. SOLUTION: A rock fine grain 3 of chart quality is sealed and superposed between two polyvinyl chloride fiber cloth pieces 1 to be sewn up. An extensible/ contractible band 2 is sewn to this to be installed on a face. This chart quality rock fine grain 3 can be substituted with the other substance having an equal far infrared radiation effect. Instead of sealing the fine grain 3 between the cloth pieces 1, the fine grain may be directly adsorbed to fiber or cellulose by using a chemical means. This constitution promotes metabolism of a fatigue substance by increasing the calcium ion concentration by ions possessed by the polyvinyl chloride fiber clotch pieces 1 to obtain a thermotherapeutic effect by far infrared radiation of the fine grain 3 to thereby relax the tension of an eye muscle.
