PURPOSE: A low temperature baking type epoxy polyester class glossy powder paint composition is provided which improves leveling, mechanical properties, stable storage in low temperature and keeps chemical stability in storage. CONSTITUTION: A polyester class glossy powder paint composition contains 30-70 wt% of acidic polyester resin and 30-70 wt% of bisphenol-A type epoxy hardening agent as the main material, 0.5-3 wt% of ultrafine wax to the 100 wt% of the main material, 0.5-3 wt% of pinhole protection agent, 0.2-2.0 wt% of hardening promotion agent, 30-60 wt% of titanium dioxide and 10-30 wt% of powder matter pigment wherein the acidic polyester resin has 40-90 in acid figures, 55-85°C in glass transition temperature, 20-50 poise in fusion viscosity, 8,000-12,000 in weight average molecular weight and 2-5 in average function group in the edge of a resin. |
