PURPOSE: A surface acoustic wave filter is provided to improve transmission of a surface acoustic wave by maximumly enlarging a finger of an input electrode comprising an input transducer and a finger of an output electrode comprising an output transducer. CONSTITUTION: A first input electrode (52,54) including an input transducer for an input signal and a first output electrode (56,58) including an output transducer for the input signal are patterned on a piezoelectric substrate (50). Comb-shaped fingers (52a,52b,52c;54a,54b) of the input electrode (52,54) and fingers (56a,56b;58a,58b) of the output electrode (56,58) are patterned curve-shaped in a middle part to enlarge piezoelectric area for the input signal so achieves improvement of selectivity. |
