PURPOSE: A baked product, a sym-biotic functional food, is provided which is able to help patients to improve the symptoms of diarrhea and colonic constipation. CONSTITUTION: A baked product comprises: (i) a non-baked fatty composition; and (ii) a baked portion, wherein the non-baked fatty composition essentially does not have moisture and contains lively-lyophilized lactic acid bacterium which is selected from the group consisting of Lactobacillus, Lactococcus, Bifidobacterium and Streptococcus and the baked portion contains more than one non-digestive fibrous material. |
