PURPOSE: A goal of an operating system for an electronic purse card is provided to communicate in a touched style or an untouched style built in a portable electronic machinery and to gear the chip to the machinery by using a combi chip. CONSTITUTION: A combi chip is built in a portable electronic machinery which is equipped with an antenna on the machinery's surface or the inside. When the combi chip outputs the cryptographic data to identify the authorized user using the touched style communication or the untouched style communication, an output part of the portable electronic machinery outputs the cryptographic data and a message requesting to input the password to confirm the cryptographic data, or displays the remained money information at the storing area of the electronic purse information.
