摘要 PURPOSE: An analog buffer circuit and a liquid crystal display device are provided to charge the capacitance of a data bus at a high speed, as well as to reduce the size of an output transistor. CONSTITUTION: An analog buffer circuit includes an input node(20), an output node(21), a first transistor(32), and a first condenser(34). The input node(20) receives an input voltage. The output node(21) generates an output voltage. The source of the first transistor(32) is connected to a first power source. One terminal of the first condenser(34) is coupled with the gate of the first transistor. The first condenser is charged to the input voltage during a sampling period by connecting the input node to the other terminal of the first condenser while connecting the drain of the first transistor to one terminal of the first condenser. The input voltage and the threshold voltage of the first transistor are stored in the first condenser.
