PURPOSE: A driving hub for a cross flow fan is provided to connect a driving shaft of a motor to a cross flow fan assembly. CONSTITUTION: A driving end plate(20) constitutes a cross flow fan assembly(14) and is molded by a light material such as styrene acrylonitrile having a glass filler. A driving hub(16) includes a sleeve(40), a diaphragm(42) and a lock structure(44). The sleeve adheres the driving hub to a shaft and the lock structure attaches the hub to the driving end plate. The sleeve, the diaphragm and the lock structure are preferably the entire components of the driving hub and the driving hub is molded by a thermoplastic polymer endurable for fatigue, heat, oil and ultraviolet rays.
