<p>PURPOSE: Provided are an alkoxy RTV1 composition which obtains vulcanizates having low modulus, a method for preparing thereof and it's use as a sealing compound for filling joints of a native rock. CONSTITUTION: A alkoxy RTV1 composition comprises reaction products of (A) an organopolysiloxane having an -OH terminal, (B1) an alkoxy silane having at least 3 alkoxy groups and/or it's partial hydrolyzate, and (B2) an alkoxy silane having two alkoxy groups and/or it's partial hydrolyzate under the existence of an ester of phosphoric acid of the following formula (I):(HO)aOP(-0-((CR¬(1)2)b-O)c((CR¬(2)2)d)e-L-M)3-a, where a is 1 or 2; each R¬1 and R¬2 is hydrogen radical, methyl radical or hydroxy radical, but only in carbon atom, one radical of R¬1 and R¬2 is hydroxy radical; each b and d is 2 or 3; c is an integer of 2-15; e is 0 or 1; L is a radical selected from the group consisting of -O-, -COO-, -OOC-, -CONR¬3-, -NR¬4CO- and -CO; each R¬3 and R¬4 is either hydrogen radical or C1-10 alkyl radical; and M is mono-valent unsubstituted C1-20 hydrocarbonyl radical or C1-20 hydrocarbonyl radical which is substituted by one selected from the group consisting of hydroxy, fluorine, chlorine, bromine, C1-10 alkoxy alkyl and cyano.</p> |
