PURPOSE: A circuit device of enlarging the pulse width for Time to Digital Converter(TDC) is provided to improve the accuracy of circuits used for TDCs of Digital Storage Oscilloscope. CONSTITUTION: A circuit device of enlarging the pulse for Time to Digital Converter (TDC) includes generating gate pulses(10) that are equivalent to the time differences of trigger pulse signal and sampling pulse signal, switching according to the gate pulses, calculating impedance, accumulating electric charges, and comparing the standard voltage of the saw-toothed frequency from the electric charges(20) and converting it to spherical frequency. The device enlarges the pulse width and enables the Digital Storage Oscilloscope to provide higher quality.
