PURPOSE: A device for actuating a metal relay is provided to stably actuate the metal relay although actuating source power or relay control signal for actuating the relay is unstable. CONSTITUTION: A metal relay actuating device includes a source power stabilizing portion (210), a relay actuating portion (220) and a metal relay (230). The metal relay (230) determines whether a relay actuating supply flows through the metal relay (230) according to the relay control signal and an output path to be connected to an input relay signal. The predetermined source power used for actuation of the metal relay (230) is inputted into the stabilizing portion (210). The stabilizing portion (210) functions to supply stable source power for actuating the relay by removing a ripple phenomena and cutting off alternating components of the source power. The relay actuating portion (220) functions to apply the stable relay actuating power to the metal relay (230), in accordance with the predetermined relay control signal, at the time when it is retarded in a predetermined time interval from the time when the source power is applied.
