PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable clinical diagnostic image by depicting a moving object such as the bloodstream without using a contrast medium, by practicing a pulse sequence by setting to almost half of inclined magnetic field moment quantity, gathering generated multiechoes, and generating an MR image by using an echo generated later among these multiechoes. SOLUTION: A host computer 6 of an MRI device commands pulse sequence information to a sequencer 5 in a prestored software procedure based on various modes to generalize operation of the whole device. A pulse sequence is practiced by setting accumulative j (j=0, 1,...) degree inclined magnetic field moment quantity M' up to (n)th (n=1, 2,...) echoes among multiechoes to almost half of (j) degree inclined magnetic field moment quantity M (being almost constant in k>=n) up to (k+1)th echoes from (k)th (k=n, n+1,...) echoes to generate an MR image by using at least a part of echoes generated according to practice and generated later than the (n)th echoes among the gathered multiechoes.
