SOLUTION: Composite rotary movement obtained by adding oscillation motion at a fixed angle to rotation in one direction is given to a work device in which a gear 27 of an eccentric shaft 3 meshes with a planetary gear 23, the eccentric shaft 3 rotates and revolves, and a rotary work shaft 4 is interlocked with the eccentric shaft 3 to perform crushing, breaking into pieces, cutting, conveying, etc.
