摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easily controlling a position of a boundary area between a supercritical water area and a subcritical water area. SOLUTION: This supercritical water reaction device 70 is provided with a line of a lot of thermometers 71A-E arranged at equally spaced intervals in the longitudinal direction of a reactor, flow controllers in a water to be treated line 22, an air line 24, a supercritical water line 26, a neutralizer line 28, and a cooling line 32, and a pressure controller in a treating water line 30. A subcritical drain line 36 is provided, as a temperature control device, with a temperature controller 94 for controlling the measured value of the thermometer 71E by cascade control of a flowmeter 90, a flow control valve 92, a thermometer 71E, and a flowmeter 90. When setting a boundary area 16, the thermometer 71E for measuring temperature of a subcritical water area just below the set boundary area is selected from the line of the thermometers. While that the measured value of the thermometer 71D just above the boundary area indicates the temperature of the supercritical area is verified, by the temperature controller, the spillover of the subcritical drain is controlled, thereby controlling the temperature of the area just below the set boundary area to prescribed temperature.</p>
