<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly contain steam in exhaust gas discharged in the atmosphere through a chimney and thus to suppress the generation of white smoke, and to block worsening of a scene. SOLUTION: Since a cooling device 15 (a scrubber 18) is provided to cool exhaust gas 13 before discharging the exhaust gas 13 through a chimney 14 after being used for the generation of steam 5, the steam 5 contained in the exhaust gas 13 is condensed and collected and discharged through the chimney 14. The exhaust gas 13 discharged through the chimney 14 is in a state that the steam 5 is almost removed, it is suppressed that white smoke by the steam 5 is discharged through the chimney 14 and a scene is prevented from worsening.</p> |
