PRODUCING AND REFRESHING METHOD OF MEMBRANE CARTRIDGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the breaking of a melt sticking part or to easily repair a membrane cartridge formed by melt-sticking and fixing an organic filter membrane on the surface of a filter plate. SOLUTION: The producing method is by melt-sticking and fixing the organic filter membrane 9 arranged on the surface of the filter plate 8 having rigidity on the peripheral part of the membrane and applying a soft adhesive 13 for reinforcing in belt-state to cover the peripheral part of the membrane along the melt-sticking part 12. As a result, the membrane peripheral part is reinforced over the whose periphery because the soft additive 13 dissolves the filter membrane 9 to be integrated with the filter membrane 9 and to be stuck to the filter plate 8. At the time of refreshing the used flat membrane cartridge 3, the soft additive 13 for reinforcing is dissolved and removed by dipping the membrane cartridge 8 in a sodium hypochlorite solution and the soft additive for reinforcing 13 is belt-likely applied to cover the membrane peripheral part along the melt-sticking part of the membrane cartridge 3.
