PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sticking of fur and slime by driving electrodes whose at least one is one or more kinds of sterilizing metals by a constant current power source, and correcting a target electric current value by measuring interelectrode voltage. SOLUTION: An electrolytic cell 4 is arranged downstream of a feed valve 2 composed of a flush valve of a water supply pipe 1 for toilet bowl wash water, and this feed valve 2 is electrically connected to a toliet bowl automatic cleaning system 3. A pair or more elecrtrodes including at least one of electrodes including at least one kind of metal for eluting sterilizing metal ions are arranged inside the electrolytic cell 4 to form an interelectrode passage between these electrodes. Next, when a user uses a flush toliet bowl 6, the feed valve 2 is opened by actuation of the toliet bowl cleaning system 3 to be also informed to a control part 5, and the electrolytic cell 4 is driven by this control part 5 to supply the wash water including the sterlizing metal ions to the flush toilt bowl 6 to thereby prevent narrowing of the passage and damage of a beautiful appearance caused by sticking of a urolith.
