PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding pipe supporting device capable of shortening the working time related to attachment of a resin bush and having reduced costs. SOLUTION: In a winding pipe supporting device provided with a bobbin holder 22 to be engaged with the end of a winding pipe, a piston 7 for pressing the bobbin holder 22 in the axial direction of the winding pipe, and a cylinder 5 for axially slidably housing the piston 7, a resin bush 40 to be brought into slide-contact with the inner surface of the cylinder 5 is wound on the side surface of the piston 7. This resin piston 40 is formed of flexible resin into an approximately C shape in section, and it is constituted detachably from the side surface of the piston 7.
