POLYESTER RESIN LAMINATED STEEL PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin laminated steel panel excellent in can processability as a steel panel used in a 18 l can or a pail can and usable even when an alkaline aq. soln. is used as a filler. SOLUTION: This laminated steel panel is constituted by providing a polyester resin layer with a thickness of 10-80μm comprising a polyester resin with a terminal carboxyl group content of 0.5-20 eq/106 g on the surface of an electrolytic chromate treated steel panel wherein a metal chromium plating layer with a metal chromium adhesion amt. per a single surface of 40-200 mg/m2 and the chromium oxide layer with a chromium oxide adhesion amt. per a single surface of 3-25 mg/m2 formed on the surface of this metal chromium plating layer are provided on at least one surface of a steel panel.
