PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for jointing and sending off molding flasks, with which the upper and the lower molding flasks are jointed and thereafter, this jointed molding flasks can be sent off regardless of the wear etc., of wheels of a traveling carriage and rails. SOLUTION: This apparatus for jointing and sending off the molding flasks has a constitution, in which the traveling carriage 8 for laying the jointed upper and lower molding flasks 1, 3 and carrying out, is arranged toward the crossing direction at the outside of the molding flask shifting line R for shifting the upper and the lower molding flasks 1, 3 and also, a cushion cylinder S for extending and shifting a piston rod 9 to two positions of the end part of the molding flask shifting line R and a position retreating by one pitch from the above end part is disposed at the outside of the traveling carriage 8 and an upper molding flask hanging up machine 14 is disposed at the upper part of the end part of the molding flask shifting line R.
