PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter device capable of easily executing detaching work of a filter element without soiling one's hands and improving the workability of exchange or cleaning of the filter element and a photographic processing device provided with the same. SOLUTION: The filter device has the filter element 2 provided with filtration function, a filter pipe 1 capable of discharging a processed liquid filtered by the filter element 2 and a holding part for holding the filter element 2. The holding part has a lever part 8 capable of being elastically deformed and being projected upward from a processing liquid surface and the filter element 2 is detached by elastically deforming the lever part 8.
