PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely push a cartridge into a syringe main body by a simple structure by pushing the cartridge into the syringe main body by placing fingers on a finger engaging member at the rear end section of the medicine liquid cartridge, and a finger engaging member on the syringe main body, and piercing a hermetic sealed plug at the inner end of the cartridge by a teeming needle. SOLUTION: A flange 3 for finger engagement is formed at the rear end section of a syringe main body 1, and the end section of a medicine liquid cartridge 4, which is inserted in the syringe main body 1, is hermetically sealed by a hermetic sealing plug. A medicine liquid is housed in the medicine liquid cartridge 4, and the cartridge 4 is sealed with a piston plug, and the rear end of the medicine liquid cartridge 4 is always projected out to the outside of the syringe main body 1. For a first finger engaging member 10 which is fitted on the rear opening end of the medicine liquid cartridge 4, a flange section 12 of a cylindrical body 11 having the flange, which is fitted on the external end of the medicine liquid cartridge 4, becomes the first finger engaging member 10. Then, fingers are placed on the area between the flange section 12 and the flange 3 for finger engagement of the syringe main body, and the medicine liquid cartridge 4 is pushed into the syringe main body, and the hermetic sealing plug is pierced by a teeming needle 2. |
