PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily and rapidly achieve sanitary hand-rolled Sushi capable of maintaining the fragrance, flavor and texture essential to laver for a long period and good in shape. SOLUTION: This film for packaging hand-rolled Sushi comprises a square exterior packaging film and a square interior packaging film 3 for housing a laver sheet 9 and the interior packaging film 3 comprises a narrow fixed film 4 and a narrow release film 5. One end of a nonsealed part of the release film 5 is extended to the upper or the lower side of the fixed film 4 and the extended end thereof is folded back upward in the opposite direction to thereby form a folded back piece 5c so that the base part 5d mutually overlaps with one side of the nonsealed part 4c of the fixed film 4. The packaging film is composed so that white rice for the Sushi placed from the top surface of the fixed film 4 in the interior packaging film 3 on the top surface of the base part 5a of the folded part piece 5c is wrapped from corner parts where two sides of the fixed film 4 sealed with the exterior packaging film intersect toward the oblique upper part into a nearly conical shape. |
