PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit displacement of axial centers of a primary piston and an input shaft. SOLUTION: A brake system 1 is provided with a pressure intensifying means 11, and supplies discharge pressure of a pump 57 to a pressure intensifying chamber 31 at a required time to intensify master cylinder pressure. A sleeve 45 is fitted on a rear side of a primary piston 21 of a master cylinder 3, and a spool valve 46 is slidably provided within the sleeve 45. A tip part 46b on the rear side of the spool valve 46 abuts on a bottom part of a bottom hole 17a of an input shaft 17. |
