<p>PURPOSE: A transmission apparatus, a recording control system, a method of transmission, a method of recording control, a recording apparatus and a method for recording are provided to make establish a balance between the cost and profit of a CONSTITUTION: A transmission apparatus for data transmission includes an indicator(12), a transmission controller(16), and a pass/fail controller(14). The indicator(12) indicates the speed of transmission at which data is transmitted.
