PURPOSE: An idle shaft of a manual transmission is provided to improve the lubricative property with a bearing upon rotation by changing the shape of idle shaft in order to supply oil to an idle gear and a bearing side, corresponding to the rotation of the idle gear. CONSTITUTION: One end of idle shaft(52) is prepared with an oil gutter sill(54) formed to be tapered so that oil sprayed in a transmission housing is gathered. An inflow hole(56) is formed in a certain depth to flow in the oil in an inner part of the central part in the idle shaft(52). A flange(60) is formed on an outer circumferential face of the idle shaft to be inserted in an adaptor prepared in the transmission. Herein, when the idle shaft is installed and used inside the transmission(10), a gear of a counter shaft rotates and pushes the oil toward a main shaft. Accordingly, the oil lubricates the inner part of the transmission while existing in a state of being sprayed inside the transmission. |
