PURPOSE: An apparatus for transferring a receiving mode in case of detecting an impact in the information communication terminal is provided so as to transfer a receiving sound mode into a vibration mode by an impact supplied from the external. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for transferring a receiving mode in case of detecting impact in the information communication terminal is comprised of an impact detecting part(1) and a receiving mode control part(5). The impact detection unit(1) detects an impact supplied from the external. The receiving mode control part(5), controlling wireless mobile communication call from an information communication terminal, transfers the receiving sound mode of the information communication terminal into a vibration mode using the output of the impact detection part(1) as an input.
