PURPOSE: A mobile elevator base station system in indoor cell environments and the call process thereof are provided to eliminate the generation of hand-off in process of call in an elevator as well as to make the call of good quality lasted. CONSTITUTION: A mobile elevator base station system in indoor cell environments comprises a base station to provide an elevator cell(50) and a mobile station(20) approaching the inside of the elevator cell(50). A control function part(63) located on top of the elevator carries out data processing, including modulation and demodulation, and various control functions. A plurality of radio function parts(61,62), arranged at standby areas and the elevator and provided with antennas, carries out the transmit-receive function of electric waves.
