PURPOSE: An automatic information service method for a changed telephone number is provided to broadcast a changed telephone number and a changed date and to connect to the change number automatically according to the request of a calling subscriber. CONSTITUTION: A communication network to carry out an automatic information service method for a changed telephone number is configured of 3 local exchanges(104,106,112), a service switching point(108) and a service control point(110). The local exchange(104) is connected with a calling subscriber(102) as a calling exchange. The local exchange(112) is connected with a called subscriber(114) as a called exchange. The local exchange(106) is an exchange with which the called subscriber(114) was connected previously. The calling subscriber(102) attempts connection, dialing his previous telephone number.
